Leading the way is Ilioupoli, where a home with a parking space and a storage room is valued 90% more than a similar one without them: The price of the latter is around €2,360 per sq.m., compared to €4,480/sq.m. for a property that offers parking and a storage room.

Homes sold without a parking space are generally older.
