At Hestia Group, we are expanding our team in line with our evolving company strategy. We are seeking an experienced architect with a deep understanding of the Greek local market to help drive our company to new heights.

The Architect will play a key role in supporting the design and construction of  residential and hospitality projects, including renovations and new  developments. The role involves close collaboration with project managers,  engineers, and on-site teams to ensure high-quality execution, compliance with  regulations, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings for residential and  hotel projects using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Develop architectural designs for new buildings and renovation projects,  from concept to construction documentation.
• Produce detailed construction and application drawings to support on site implementation.
• Assist the project manager in the preliminary review of drawings,  construction plans, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate architectural design with on-site construction teams,  resolving discrepancies between design intent and site conditions.
• Supervise construction sites as required, monitor progress, and report on  quality and design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with the Greek Building Regulation (NOK) and  applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Support the preparation of documentation required for building permits  and approvals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize design efficiency,  functionality, and construction feasibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and  construction projects, preferably in residential, office, or hospitality  developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp and/or 3ds Max will  be considered a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in building design, including renovations and/or  buildings designed from scratch.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Experience in producing detailed construction and application drawings.
• Knowledge of the Greek Building Regulation (NOK) and experience with  building permit documentation will be considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
