We are seeking an Engineering Operations Assistant to join our development team and gain hands-on exposure across all stages of real estate project delivery.

This role combines technical involvement with structured project coordination and provides long-term development opportunities within Engineering and Project Management functions in a fast-growing developer environment.

This is not a purely administrative position. The selected candidate will actively collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and management across active projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing technical and contractual project documentation

• Supporting project cost control processes and payment certifications

• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and technical consultants regarding project deliverables

• Assisting in the review of quantities and technical documentation

• Monitoring project budgets, financial records, and cost tracking updates

• Preparing project reports and internal progress summaries

• Supporting the Engineering and Project Management teams with structured project coordination tasks

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering

• 1–3 years of professional experience

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Good command of English

• Interest in real estate development and project management

• Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility
