250,000 m² Eco-community pioneer of chaozhou's first eco-luxury residence

Mangrove is situated in the central urban area, covering 40 mu (≈ 6.59 acres) with a construction area of 250,000 m². The project invites Guangzhou's renowned landscape design firm to create Chaozhou's first eco-luxury residence, devoted to building a large ecological garden spanning nearly 10,000 square meters, creating a natural and ecological living environment. The community is equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool, sports and business club, overhead children's play area, two-level eco-friendly noise-reducing garage, three-way intercom access control system, and 24-hour closed management system, offering residents an exclusive, high-end living community.

Mangrove, inspired by the characteristics and concepts of mangrove ecology, crafts a natural tidal-flat-style landscape. It uses water systems, walkways, and green landscape planning to divide different zones or groups, creating a primitive visual and landscape effect, harmonizing human habitation with nature.
